Nolbu Yuhwang Ori Jinheukgui Jamsil 놀부유황오리진흙구이 잠실점

Wrapped in clay and baked for hours, the sulfur-fed duck (yuhwang-ori jinheuk-gui) comes to the table whole, stuffed with five-grain sticky rice. The meat is lean and free of gamey odor. It can be ordered on its own, or as part of a table-setting menu that adds soy-marinated raw crab, seasoned burdock and stir-fried dried radish greens. Besides a large hall, several private rooms serve family birthdays and formal meetings between in-laws, and reservations let the restaurant arrange the room and headcount in advance.
