Nambuk Myeonok 남북면옥

Since 1955 this old shop in Inje-eup has served North Korean-style makguksu, with noodles of 100% buckwheat. The dongchimi mul makguksu is as mild as Pyongyang naengmyeon. Eat a few mouthfuls plain before adding the vinegar, sugar and mustard on the table bit by bit. The potato pancake is fried thick and tends to leave oil pooled on the plate. Boiled pork comes in a small size too.
