Yellowtail takes center stage here, lean-tasting rather than greasy, and even the small platter fills the table. Fridays through Sundays are when the special large yellowtail (teuk-bangeo) is broken down, so booking ahead those days avoids a wait. Live mackerel sashimi and a separately ordered soy-marinated crab round out the raw side, and freshly fried rockfish and sweet potato come out crisp near the end, followed by maeuntang. If you are not that hungry, the kitchen will swap the course for a single sashimi plate plus seafood.
