Munch is a small Italian bistro at 7-26 Hangang-daero 38ga-gil in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, tucked into an inner Yongnidan-gil alley. Spicy shrimp pasta moves in a sharper direction through springy shellfish and chili heat. Vongole coats long noodles with clam liquid and oil, keeping marine salinity ahead of cheese. Cannelloni changes the pasta form completely. A wide sheet surrounds filling and is cooked with sauce, producing a filled cross-section rather than noodles wrapped around a fork.
