Behind Yongsan Post Office on Yongridan-gil, this bistro fits five or six tables around an open kitchen. A smooth sweet-potato soup arrives before anything else. Hangjeongsal cheese rigatoni pairs hollow pasta tubes with cheese sauce and seared pork jowl, while the cannelloni is filled pasta baked in sauce rather than noodles twirled on a fork. Spicy shrimp pasta or vongole in clam broth makes a lighter contrast on the same table. A weekend table usually needs a booking, as seats go fast. Wine dominates the drinks list, and there is no coffee.
