Mokpo Harbor Pocha 목포항구포차

Tables sit right on the Manho-dong harbor front in Mokpo, so drinks at dusk come with the sunset and the harbor lights. The place is better known as Yeonhui-ne Pocha, and its house special, yuk-kkobi, is raw beef yukhoe and seasoned cockles wrapped with rice in seaweed or perilla leaves. Nakji horong gui, octopus wound on a stick and grilled, comes out smoky and chewy with a mild glaze, and tong-golbaengi-tang is loaded with sea snails and scallops. Pets are allowed inside.
