Tables turn over quickly since everything is self-service, from ordering and picking up trays to returning dishes. The Michelin-listed bibimbap house sits on the slope of Namsan near the cable car station, about 8 minutes on foot from Exit 1 of Myeongdong Station. Bibimbap with 1++ grade hanwoo beef tartare (yukhoe) and a tofu and soybean-paste version are the core dishes; the gochujang and doenjang sauces are strong enough that a little at a time is plenty.
