Wrapped in lotus leaf, sealed in an earthenware jar and baked in clay, the hangari hwangto ori-gui (whole duck) needs to be ordered two hours ahead. Inside, sticky rice is mixed with figs, raisins, ginkgo nuts and pumpkin seeds, and perilla-seed sujebi soup closes the meal. Afterwards, a self-serve corner offers tea and fruit, and outside you can roast sweet potatoes and chestnuts over a fire.
