Soy-marinated crab, a deboned hairtail braise and flatfish sashimi come first, and they empty a bowl of rice faster than you expect. Then the whole grilled hairtail lands, and the owner spoons off the flesh and shows how to eat it with onion. Coarse salt crunches on the skin over thick, meaty fish. Rockfish tangsuyuk, a sweet-and-sour fry, is sometimes off the menu depending on the day.
