Chunsimi's Bonjeom 춘심이네 본점

A server strips the bones from a whole grilled hairtail using nothing but a spoon, right beside your table. The fish is line-caught silver hairtail, and ordering the braised version brings a whole grilled mackerel along with it. Side dishes, fried hairtail among them, are seasoned strongly sweet and salty, and they draw some complaints. Prices are high, though each diner gets a free coffee at the second-floor cafe after the meal.
