Katsu Yemi 카츠예미

The side here is radish salad, not the usual shredded cabbage. Ansim katsu deopbap sets a tenderloin cutlet over rice with onions cooked down until sweet, and the tenderloin is soft with no porky smell. The teuk premium deungsim-gaseu, a loin cutlet, carries truffle oil and comes with pink salt. In the assorted katsu set, the menchi katsu is packed tight and mildly spicy.
