The menu features gomtang, doganitang (ox knee soup), and kkori-gomtang (oxtail soup), all sharing a broth that is deep and rich yet clean-tasting, achieved without artificial seasoning. Thin-sliced beef in the soup is tender and plentiful, delivering strong value relative to the price. The oxtail version can be somewhat tough, so most regular visitors recommend the standard gomtang or doganitang. The accompanying kimchi and kkakdugi are flavorful and pair exceptionally well with the broth, while condiments, chili, onion, and other seasonings, sit on each table for customization.
