Jangsu Tojong Samgyetang 장수토종삼계탕

Each person gets a large bowl holding a whole native chicken with ginkgo nuts, jujube, garlic and ginseng, cooked long enough that the meat falls off the bone. Deulkkae samgyetang adds ground perilla seed, turning the soup thick and nutty and noticeably heavier than the plain tojong samgyetang. A small glass of ginseng liquor comes with the meal.
