Jain Mungtigi 자인뭉티기

Mungtigi, the Daegu way of eating raw beef, is served near Yangjae Station as a single set course. Hanwoo top round is cut into rough chunks rather than neat slices, so each piece differs a little in thickness and chew, and the sesame oil and chili powder sauce tastes more nutty than hot. Mungtigi on rice topped with Cheongyang chili and several grilled cuts follow.
