Inha Glutinous Ssal Sundae 인하찹쌀순대

For the sundae gukbap, hot broth is poured over the rice and drained several times, toryeom style, and the bowl arrives in brass with the dadaegi chili paste already stirred in. The broth is clear and light, closer to beef gomtang than to a heavy pork soup, with no porky smell. The shop has been going since 1985, and the room shows its age.
