Each floor runs like its own restaurant: seolleongtang (milky ox-bone soup) on the ground floor, charcoal-grilled galbi on the second and third. Upstairs the headline is wang dwaeji galbi, thick-cut marinated pork ribs; if that thickness puts you off, the marinated pork-neck galbi is softer. Staff flip the meat often and swap out the grill. Weekday lunch has a set of the ribs with naengmyeon or rice plus doenjang jjigae.
