Lee Gyeongmun Sundae Gopchang 이경문순대곱창

The sundae gopchang jeongol, a hot pot of blood sausage and beef intestines, comes heaped with sausage, tripe and offal in a peppery, rich broth. Staff refill the stock, and once the pot is mostly eaten the leftover broth becomes fried rice. This old shop in an Ikseon-dong alley seats most diners on the floor, and solo diners are not seated in the evening.
