Huirak Bori 희락보리

A whole, thick-fleshed mackerel lands on top of the standard barley-rice spread when you order godeungeo bori-bap, which has a two-portion minimum. Mix the barley rice with namul greens, sesame oil and gochujang, then spoon in a little cheonggukjang, a pungent fermented soybean stew. Rice, greens and stew are refilled on request. Homemade sikhye, maesil plum tea and coffee are free after the meal.
