Jeyuk bokkeum, spicy stir-fried pork, comes in a sizzling earthenware pot instead of on a plate, so it stays hot to the last bite. The pork is stir-fried to order with a smoky edge, and the cabbage keeps its crunch. Chili oil and sauce pool at the bottom of the pot for mixing with rice. Sundubu-jjigae, soft tofu stew, and kimchi-jjigae with well-fermented kimchi are the soup options. The restaurant is in a basement near Hanyang University, easy to miss from the street.
