Black-toned walls and wide gaps between tables keep conversations private at this Korean pub near Sadang Station, and reserved tables get a name card. The moeumhoe hansang for two is a platter of about nine kinds of aged raw fish, including flatfish, tuna, yellowtail and sea urchin. The aged fish is soft enough to melt on the tongue, and it is meant to be paired with the traditional liquor. Drinks lean on Korean traditional liquor, and Seoseol and Gimpo Yeju can be tasted before ordering a bottle. Minari suji udon, udon with water parsley and beef tendon, has a fragrant broth for the end of the meal, and the aronsatae sushi jeongol, a beef shank hot pot, is heartier. Fusion plates such as chestnut-puree gnocchi and a tuna gimbap round out the menu.
