Korea's Second Yangpyeong Haejangguk 한국에서 두번째 양평해장국

The bowl here is Yangpyeong-style seonji haejangguk: long-simmered beef bone broth loaded with congealed ox blood, dried cabbage greens and offal, seasoned with chili flakes and perilla seed. Chive salad and fresh cabbage kimchi come on the side, and some people stir them into the soup to adjust the heat.
