Hakgok-ri Makguksu Dakgalbi 학곡리막국수닭갈비

For a party of five or so, staff do not cram everything into one pan; they cook it in two and combine them at the end. The sauce is mild and a little sweet, with almost no chicken smell, and the add-ins are hollow rice cakes and udon. There is only one makguksu, scented with sesame oil and mustard, and many call it ordinary, while the fried rice made in the leftover sauce is liked across the board.
