Gyeryugwan is a chicken restaurant in Sindang-dong's Jungang Market in Jung-gu, Seoul, distinguished by its oak-firewood smoked whole chicken and an inventive menu that utilizes various cuts of poultry. The signature oak-and-neungi-mushroom roast chicken is smoked for over an hour, rendering out the fat to produce tender, moist meat with a subtle, lingering smokiness.
