Gyerim Sikdang 계림식당

A heap of garlic sits on the red broth, and the longer the pot simmers at the table, the more the chicken flavor builds. The old shop in an alley by Nakwon Arcade earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2024, so expect a wait at meal times. Only two dishes are served, dakbokkeumtang (spicy braised chicken) and dak-hanmari (whole chicken in broth), and once the broth reduces, kalguksu noodles go in to finish.
