Every crab arrives densely packed with meat, and the owner personally cracks each one with remarkably deft hands, making them easy to eat without any hassle. The king crab is served warm and meticulously cleaned with no detectable odor, while the snow crab offers a distinctly salty umami that provides a different appeal. The house-made dipping sauce is a standout, its depth of flavor elevates the accompanying raw fish to something memorable, and the mulhoe bibim sauce is similarly well-calibrated, neither too salty nor too mild. Crab-shell fried rice comes out fragrant and savory, while the crab ramen, prepared without commercial spice packets and relying solely on crab broth, achieves a perfectly balanced seasoning that makes it a popular finishing course. Even the side dishes, including kitosan kimchi, reflect careful preparation. Terrace seating overlooks the ocean directly, combining a panoramic sea view with a full seafood meal and eliminating the need for a separate cafe stop.
