Even the standard mulhoe arrives with a generous amount of fresh-cut fish swimming in a tangy, slightly sweet broth, and the house-made seasoning transforms the dish into something distinctly memorable. The combination of pristine sashimi and proprietary sauce achieves an optimal balance that makes a bowl of ice-cold mulhoe on a scorching summer afternoon an exceptional experience. The menu extends to elaborate set courses including the Special Mulhoe and the Indian Ocean Course, making the restaurant suitable for large group visits alongside snow crab and standard sashimi platter options.
