Gimgane Gaya Milmyeon 김가네가야밀면

With Gimhae Airport and a cluster of rental-car offices close by, this milmyeon shop works as a first or last meal in Busan. Bibim milmyeon, chewy wheat noodles in red sauce, is milder than it looks, with a nutty undertone plus almond and sliced egg on top. The cold broth version has no herbal-medicine smell, only a light cinnamon note, and vinegar and mustard are added to taste. Tender boiled pork (suyuk) goes well with the bibim noodles. From June to August the pork soup and suyuk rice set are off the menu.
