Doors open at noon and customers are let in a few groups at a time; on weekends an hour-plus wait is common, and the popular breads start selling out soon after opening. The injeolmi cream bread that launched the shop in 2016 is a chewy rice-flour bun thickly coated in roasted soybean powder, and cutting it open shows a deep layer of milk cream with red-bean paste stuck to the bottom. Green tea, mugwort and Chodang corn versions sit beside it, and some who buy several find they all start to taste alike under the heavy cream. For a break from sweet, there is maeun yongam-ppang, a spicy bun filled with dumpling ingredients and chives.
