Kang Minju's Deulbap 강민주의들밥

Every order starts from the basic deulbap set, with bori-gulbi or marinated crab added on top, so a group cannot each pick a different set meal. The base is Icheon rice cooked in a cast-iron cauldron, cheonggukjang made without kimchi or meat, and namul soft enough for anyone with weak teeth. Weekend waits can pass 40 parties, and people pass the time snacking on free puffed corn from a cauldron by the entrance and sipping hutgae tea.
