The marinated pork galbi is the signature dish, featuring a subtly sweet sauce grilled at the table, and regulars tend to recommend the marinated version over the raw (saeng) galbi. A distinctive touch is the complimentary yukhoe (beef tartare) and yukjeon (beef pancake) served as starter side dishes, alongside a full spread of banchan including gejang (marinated crab) that rivals a hanjeongsik spread - all refillable except the yukhoe, yukjeon, and gejang. The house-made Hamheung naengmyeon (cold noodles) is chewy and refreshing, making it a popular finishing course.
