Nearly everything is made with acorns: chewy dotori-jeon (acorn pancake), deulkkae sujebi kalguksu with hand-torn dough and noodles together in perilla broth, acorn jelly naengmyeon, seasoned acorn jelly and warm mukbap, acorn jelly over rice in broth. Seasoning is light throughout.
