Galsam Gui 갈삼구이

Once the pork belly renders its fat on the grill, galmi clams go onto the same plate and cook in it; this galmaegi-jogae samgyeopsal gui (clam and pork belly grill) anchors the menu. Pork and clams are wrapped together with white kimchi, perilla leaves, pickled radish and dried seaweed, while clam shabu-shabu cooks the shellfish in broth instead.
