It is called sundae-guk, but the blood sausage amounts to a few thin slices; most of the bowl is offal, intestines above all. If offal aroma bothers you, this is not your place. The clear broth arrives already laced with chili oil and black pepper, giving the first spoonful a kick, and stirring in more chili paste and oil halfway shifts it again. For firmer rice, order ttaro gukbap, which brings it in a separate bowl. The shop hides in an alley behind the Nonghyup in Sinbuk-eup and is easy to walk past.
