Eunjujeong 은주정

The kimchi jjigae can look like more pork than kimchi, simmered long with well-soured kimchi into a heavy, meaty broth. Pork and kimchi fished from the pot get wrapped in a basket of greens that includes water dropwort, angelica leaves and bok choy. In the evening only the dinner set is served, with 150g of pork belly alongside the stew.
