Walk along Shopping-ro in Sinjang-dong, Pyeongtaek, and the smell of grilling meat pulls you into this kebab shop, where the Turkish owner makes the kebabs in person. The meat goes in so generously that leftovers often get wrapped to go. Lamb has its own section of the menu, and at big events such as the Osan air show the shop turns up as a food truck.
