Glass noodles go into the abai sundaegukbap, the North Korean-style sausage soup here, and each bowl arrives under a heap of sesame seeds and minced garlic. Sesame on sundae soup is unusual enough that some diners hesitate over the first spoonful. Ask for no garlic when eating with children, and season the clear broth yourself with salt and salted shrimp. Ojingeo sundae, stuffed squid, is a separate order.
