Five big, well-stuffed dumplings sit in a clear broth made from top-grade hanwoo, and stirring in the house chili sauce turns it from mild to sharp. Gamja-jeon is made only from potatoes the family grows, grated and fried until chewy and moist. Noodles cost the same however large a portion you ask for.
