The Pyongyang-style hand-made dumpling soup uses a clear yet full-bodied stock made from premium Korean beef, filled with five large, generously stuffed dumplings per bowl that make for a thoroughly filling single serving. Adding the house-made chili paste transforms the mild broth into a spicy hangover-cure-style soup, and dumplings topped with a special spicy sauce are a notable variation.
