The restaurant's identity is built on sourcing ingredients from natural farming operations and incorporating Korean produce, along with herbs and edible flowers grown on the restaurant's own veranda, into classical French techniques. Every plate is meticulously composed with botanical elements, and even the temperature of dishes and serving plates is carefully controlled. The course menu features refined creations such as abalone in vegetable broth, a grain dish of black rice and barley risotto with truffle, and chicken roulade with pine mushrooms and caviar. The closing rose petal tea is handcrafted by the chef herself, offering a delicately fragrant finish that evokes the sensation of tasting dew-kissed roses. Inventive desserts like basil gelato and mont blanc offer unexpected flavor dimensions. The lunch course, priced around 60,000 won, delivers a generous progression from appetizer to dessert, with a steak main upgrade bringing it to approximately 80,000 won. The intimate space consists of just three tables plus a private room, making reservations essential. The quiet, refined atmosphere is well-suited for anniversary dinners and special occasions.
