Tucked into a residential lane between Geumho-dong and Oksu-dong, this French bistro serves sandwiches and lighter plates at lunch and an entree, main and dessert course at dinner. The onion soup rests on the natural sweetness and savoriness of onion, while escargot and tangy shrimp remoulade go well with the house-baked baguette, which keeps coming. Mains include lamb rack, sirloin, John Dory with a springy bite, and coq au vin, while dessert brings Saint-Honore, caramel creme brulee and apple crumble. The bistro has appeared in the Michelin Guide, and tables are hard to get without a reservation.
