Cheonsu Sikdang 천수식당

Jinju-style yukhoe bibimbap is the house dish, yet most of the praise goes to the seonji soup that comes alongside and to the charcoal-grilled bulgogi. The soup holds big chunks of beef blood curd with bean sprouts and radish, and the seoksoe-bulgogi spreads finely cut beef over charcoal until the edges char. The bibimbap itself has soft, well-cooked vegetables under thin strips of raw beef and gochujang sauce, and some diners find the beef skimpy or the seasoning strong.
