Before the cold noodles land, a warm cup of anchovy broth with fried tofu and scallion comes to the table. Mul-naengmyeon uses a milky beef-bone broth over thin noodles topped with red dadaegi paste, and the bowl gets spicier as the paste dissolves. Running since 1988 and now in its second generation, the shop serves generous market-style portions and has its own parking lot on Cheonho-dong's naengmyeon street.
