Cheorwon Yangpyeong Haejangguk Singwan 철원양평해장국 신관

Yangpyeong haejangguk carries a block of seonji (congealed blood) with plenty of omasum and tripe, in a broth that does not hold back on black pepper or chili oil. The spicy version turns gritty from chili flakes; adding chopped cheongyang chili and chili oil to the regular bowl yourself hides less of the broth. Free extra seonji is limited to one piece per person and has to be requested with the first order, since asking later rarely works.
