Buttumak Sikdang 부뚜막식당

Cutlassfish and radish braise in red chili sauce in a pot sized to the table, and a whole grilled cutlassfish comes on its own long plate. The pot sits on a portable burner on a square table and keeps simmering, and you go back and forth between saucy braised pieces and the grilled whole fish. It is a small old place in Goseong-ri, Seongsan, and the menu also has sea urchin seaweed soup, grilled tilefish, cold abalone mulhoe and pufferfish soup.
