Borigokgan 보리곡간

There is just one dish, the Borigokgan set: barley rice with nine side dishes, heukgye-tang and cheonggukjang, all arriving together. Among the sides, the snail and konjac salad is so slippery that you pick it up thinking it is mung bean jelly and only realize it is konjac when you bite. The heukgye-tang, a black-chicken soup, is smooth and clean like porridge, and the barley rice gets a drizzle of sesame oil before mixing.
