Bomun Tteul is a Korean restaurant at 142-3 Gyeonggam-ro in Gyeongju, serving galbitang, braised ribs, and several Hanwoo dishes. Hanwoo galbitang places large beef rib bones and green onion in a clear soup. Long cooking loosens the meat along its fibers around the bone, while the broth carries beef, radish, and scallion flavors. Spicy beef galbijjim braises ribs in red seasoning with rice cakes and sweet potato. Rice cakes hold sauce on their surface while retaining chew, and sweet potato softens during cooking and adds sweetness within the chile mixture. Soy-braised pork ribs replace red seasoning with a salty-sweet soy profile, creating a different color and aroma. Spicy pork galbijjim uses chile seasoning with pork, separating it from the soy version even though the cut remains similar. Handmade Hanwoo tteokgalbi shapes minced beef into a flat patty. The exterior browns against the cooking surface, and the interior retains the fine grain of chopped meat. Hanwoo yukhoe bibimbap mixes thin raw beef, vegetables, rice, and seasoning, providing a cold, uncooked beef texture beside the braised and grilled dishes. Hanwoo mulhoe places raw beef and vegetables in chilled broth, using more liquid and acidity than the mixed rice bowl. Seafood sundubu adds softly set tofu and seafood to a red soup, bringing soybean curd and shellfish into a menu otherwise led by meat. Doenjang jjigae combines fermented soybean paste, tofu, and vegetables in an earthenware bowl. The dining room has a large hall with many tables and separately divided group seating. Hanwoo bulgogi cooks thin beef slices in soy-based seasoning, a format distinct from a rib bone submerged in galbitang or a bone-in piece coated with braising sauce. A separate Hanwoo yukhoe plate centers the thin raw beef itself, whereas yukhoe bibimbap distributes that beef among rice, vegetables, and seasoning. The tteokgalbi set combines a browned minced-beef patty with rice and small side dishes on an individual setting, contrasting with the larger shared vessel used for galbijjim. These are separate menu formats rather than repeated versions of one rib preparation.
