Venzamas 벤자마스

Venzamas is a multi-building cafe complex at 2 Witdongcheon-gil in Gyeongju, North Gyeongsang Province. Four buildings divide the property into cafe, brunch, hand-drip coffee, and garden functions. Two buildings combine drinks with brunch, another concentrates on coffee and tea, and the garden building places green planting at the center of its interior. Lawns, mature trees, outdoor tables, benches, and a pool-like water feature connect the structures. Large windows keep the garden and water visible from inside. The Venzamas brunch plate brings together a bagel with cream cheese, an egg preparation, potatoes, and salad. French toast uses thick bread coated with egg, browned on the griddle, and topped with berries. A classic ciabatta sandwich splits the broad, open-crumb bread and fills it with vegetables and savory ingredients. Steak-and-mushroom salad places grilled beef and mushrooms over leafy greens. Shrimp salad uses shellfish as its main protein. Onion bagels, honey bread, croffles, Mont Blanc pastry, and marbled cheesecake add baked items with distinct forms. Melon bingsu uses the melon rind as a bowl and fills it with shaved ice and round scoops of fresh melon flesh. The hand-drip selection identifies beans by origin and processing, including Brazil Royal Honey, Guatemala El Injerto Premium, and Yirgacheffe Koke Honey. Vanilla-cream cold brew, Einspanner, and almond cream latte each place a different cream component over coffee. Black-tea milk tea, Earl Grey, chamomile, peppermint, and rooibos cover milk tea and several non-coffee infusions. Fruit and mixed drinks include green-grape juice, passion-fruit ade, apple-mango ade, lime mojito, and sangria. The property contains a broad brunch dining room, a hand-drip bar, a plant-filled garden interior, and terraces facing the landscaped water. Some rooms use library-like shelving and enclosed seating, while other areas open directly toward the lawn through full-height glass. The pool, palms, planted beds, and illuminated paths fill the exterior between the buildings.
