Up on the third floor of a building on Itaewon-ro, an indoor bar connects to rooftop seating with open views over Itaewon's rooftops and streets. Inside, dark green walls and low lighting give it a pub feel. Food centers on American-style burgers with fries and sliced hanger steak, served alongside chimichurri with herbs and acidity and romesco made from roasted peppers and nuts. A cold cod roe dip comes with fried pita for spreading. Cocktails mix spirits with fruit, herbs and soda, and the food menu changes with the seasons. Monday is steak day, brunch runs on weekends, and although many guests are foreigners, staff take orders in Korean as well.
