Vegan Insa 비건인사

Nothing here contains meat, fish or dairy, side dishes included, and the food is Korean, served in a hanok on the walk between Ikseon-dong and Insadong. Bibimbap brings grains, cooked vegetables and raw greens together in one bowl; groups often add a California roll and crisp fried vegan dumplings to share, and leftover dumplings can be packed to go. Staff explain the menu in English, German and other languages, and halal needs are handled within the vegan menu. Weekends bring a largely international crowd, and mixed tables of vegans and meat eaters order from the same menu.
