The abalone stone-pot rice comes with a generous spread of sides: stir-fried anchovies, nabak water kimchi, zucchini pancakes and even a piece of braised mackerel, enough to crowd a table for one. The pot itself is heaped with abalone and seaweed, and the sea urchin and top-shell seaweed soup has a milky broth. Braised hairtail with plump fish and sweet radish is also on the menu.
