After previous locations in Suwan District and Hanam, the restaurant now operates on the second floor of a commercial building in the Cheomdan area. The tangsuyuk stands out for its thinly battered, precisely fried coating that reveals hints of pink pork underneath. The meat-to-batter ratio is generous, and a dusting of sesame adds a layer of nuttiness that makes each piece taste remarkably tender and almost sweet, drawing comparisons to beef in texture. The Cantonese-style sauce is clean and mild, while the Sichuan sauce, available as an add-on for 3,000 won, brings a satisfying kick of heat. Blending the two sauces together is a popular approach among regulars. The Sichuan jjajang features chili oil with a generous heap of diced onion on top, delivering a spicy charm reminiscent of yakki-jjamppong. Jjajangmyeon is sold starting from two servings, with portions large enough that even two diners may struggle to finish. The mapo tofu carries a pronounced Chinese spice aroma that may be unfamiliar to some palates. Every table is set within a private room, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere, and complimentary fried dumplings are served at two pieces per person before the meal. The waiting area on the first floor is well equipped with massage chairs and arcade games.
