Yetseongdo Mulhoe 옛성도물회

A bowl of rich seaweed soup comes alongside both the mulhoe and the hoedeopbap, giving something warm between bites of cold raw fish. Mulhoe, chilled raw fish soup, pours a sweet and tangy gochujang-based broth over seasonal white fish and crisp vegetables without drowning the fish. The hoedeopbap, raw fish over rice, is seasoned with perilla oil pressed in-house.
